I have long enjoyed photographing Universal creations of wondrous beauty, the greatest of all being the female form. Despite what 'hard-line feminists' may think of my work, I have been a stalwart women's rights supporter for many decades. This includes womens' right to expose, display, entertain with, or do whatever they otherwise 'choose' to do, with the gifts with which they were bestowed by the Universal Creator. I have been fortunate to be allowed to share in this newly found female freedom of expression. I do not 'exploit' women, I extol them. My work gets much more praise from women then it does from men, which to me is a signal that I am not violating women's rights with this good fortune. I know of very few people, male or female, that are truly 'offended' by the sight of a beautiful, naked woman!
"Woman~ The final masterpiece of The Universal Creator.
The essence of her beauty and the mystery of her Soul, leave me breathless" ~jdn
"Women. Amazing. Beautiful. I kneel at their feet and beg for salvation. In their arms I find shelter from the storm and there is no weight that can pull me from their embrace, not until I know every aspect of their body, every curve, every valley.
Even her touch will tell you a story, subtle movements that help you determine what she wants. That is it for me. Better than any orgasm is that journey. The mapping of a woman's body, each so unique, each a glorious and beautiful landscape to be cared for and admired. Conquest is a poor word for it, in truth it is as close as I come to divinity, to believing in something beyond the confines of myself.
Her body is the most spiritual temple in which I have ever worshiped. Her sound more uplifting than any hymn or sermon. The panes of her eyes, more beautiful than stained glass, back-lit by the full moon. We are foolish men who seek solace anywhere but in her arms." ~ Christopher Palmer
This gallery is comprised of many, many years of work, and many more years of trying to salvage 35mm slides that have survived a sinking of the boat where they were stored. It was a labor of love. Unfortunately, I lost many thousands of original slides to the sea and many that cannot be repaired. So be sure that if you decide to critique, know that many of these pieces have taken weeks to restore a single image, using Photoshop and other digital tools, thereby creating an entirely new image. I have long since gone digital, but my huge portfolio still contains thousands of celluloids. I also like to play with the digital magic of Photoshop to create images from scratch and manipulate others to become new.
Many of the tens of thousands of photographs are of my gorgeous, talented late wife and life partner, who left this world far too early. She is sorely missed and deeply loved.
Aside from beautiful women, I have included many deviations of other subjects created with digital manipulations.
I hope you enjoy viewing as much as I have creating. ~jdn
